The MTP8550Ex is an ATEX-certified intrinsically safe portable device, providing exceptional voice and data communication capabilities with built-in GPS and superior audio quality.

It is equipped with a full-color display and an additional top display that provides key information at a glance. The device also includes a large emergency button and a full keypad for easy operation. Additionally, it features integrated Bluetooth® technology. The radio is clearly identifiable by its nameplate, avoiding the need for stick-on labels or external markers that could affect its ATEX certification.
