Refund policy

This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It applies to all purchases made via the Radio Solutions website (www.radio-solutions.co.uk) from SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Ltd. For orders delivered to Ireland, Taoglas Limited (Ireland) is the seller of record , and "the company", "us" or "we" means Taoglas Limited (Ireland) (company number 390248), an affiliate of SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Ltd; for all other orders, these terms mean SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Ltd. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or, for consumers ordering delivery to Ireland, the Consumer Rights Act 2022).

Unwanted products

If you do not want your product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to inform us you would like to return a product. We will provide you with a returns form, from which point you then have 14 calendar days to return the good to us. It is your responsibility to return the product to us, and we recommend that the goods are packed carefully, and that you use registered mail with a tracking service to return the goods. Please note, Radio Solutions is not responsible for any costs incurred in returning the items to us. This applies to unwanted goods returned under this section; where goods are faulty or not as described, please see the Warranty Repairs section below, and we will cover reasonable return costs in those circumstances. Once we receive the product, we will check the product and process your refund request within 7 days. Please note, refunds can only be issued if goods are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition and in their original packaging. Please remember to include your returns form in the package, so we can easily identify your order and process the refund. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid to receive the goods. If you chose an upgraded or express delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery service.

Earpieces - Due to hygiene reasons Earpieces are non-refundable once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used we advise you check with our sales team the compatibility of our equipment before purchasing. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. If you are a consumer ordering for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, you have equivalent cancellation and refund rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Warranty Repairs

This manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your separate statutory rights as a consumer, which may continue to apply even after the manufacturer's warranty period has ended. All products supplied are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, either 6/12/24 months depending on the manufacturer. The warranty period commences from date of invoice. SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Ltd cannot be liable for any defects arising from fair wear and tear, physical damage, liquid ingression or damage and or interference by the customer or any third party. SFL Mobile Radio Holdings Ltd reserve the right to refuse to repair or replace goods if (a) full payment for the goods has not been made (b) the manufacturer refuses to accept the repairs/replacements under warranty for whatever reason. If you would like to send products back that’s are under manufacturer’s warranty you can complete the following form, once returned to ourselves and inspected fault confirmed we can arrange a replacement to be sent back to you.

Out of warranty / Service repairs

We can offer out of warranty service repairs on radio equipment which are carried out by qualified engineers in our state of the art workshop. Whether you are looking for a one off repair on a single radio or looking to get your entire fleet serviced, with over 20 years’ experience in two way radio communications and Motorola certified engineers we have the expertise to deliver.
